1. Free Program - No Refund Applicable

Our Train Your Brain - 3 Days Free Masterclass is completely FREE for everyone who signs up with Name, Email, and Mobile Number. Since it is free, no refund is applicable.

2. Paid Programs - 7 Days No Questions Asked Refund

Our paid programs are:

Spoken English Mastery Bundle - 7 Courses - Rs. 5997 - 1 Year Validity

Interview Skill Master - Rs. 4997 - 1 Year Validity

Both include Weekly Live Group Classes + Pre-recorded Courses on course.ispeakify.com + Lifetime Community Access.

We offer a 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund Policy from the date of enrollment.

Conditions:

a) You must request a refund within 7 days of your enrollment date. After 7 days, no refund will be provided, even if you did not log in or watch any content.

b) 40% Content Consumption Rule: If you have consumed more than 40% of the course content [tracked via GoHighLevel and course.ispeakify.com progress] within those 7 days, no refund will be provided.

c) What is Refundable: Only the main course amount paid to iSpeakify Pvt Ltd is refundable. GST and transaction charges are non-refundable.

3. EMI Payments - Refund and Termination Rules

If you enrolled on a Monthly EMI plan via Cashfree Payments:

a) Refund is applicable only within 7 days of your FIRST EMI / enrollment date, and only on the amount you have actually paid till date. GST is non-refundable.

b) No refund will be given after 7 days of enrollment, even if you are on EMI.

c) EMI Default and Termination: If you fail to pay your monthly EMI on the due date, we will send you reminder notifications via Email / WhatsApp / SMS.

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date after reminders, your access to course.ispeakify.com and live classes, and community will be terminated immediately. Your enrollment will be considered cancelled and there will be no further connection with our organization.

d) If access is terminated due to EMI non-payment, no refund will be given for any EMIs already paid.

e) To restart your training after termination due to EMI failure, you must pay a penalty fee plus all pending EMI dues. Access will only be restored after full payment is cleared.

4. No Refund for Policy Violation

No refund will be provided if your account is banned for:

Sharing your login with others or logging in from multiple accounts

Recording, sharing, or reselling our course content

Using abusive language, political / religious discussion, or breaking community guidelines

Any violation of our Terms and Conditions

5. How to Request a Refund

Registered Email and Phone Number

Transaction ID / Payment Receipt

Reason for refund [Optional for our improvement]

Only emails sent to [email protected] will be considered as official refund requests.

6. Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive your valid refund request within 7 days, we will verify your enrollment date and content consumption.

If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Refund will be credited to your original payment method via Cashfree Payments.

You will receive a confirmation email once refund is processed.

After refund, your access to course.ispeakify.com and community will be revoked immediately.

7. No Job Guarantee

iSpeakify Pvt Ltd provides communication skill training only. We do not provide any job guarantee, placement, or employment assurance for Spoken English programs. Refund requests based on job expectations will not be considered.
