2. FREE CONTENT

Free webinars, free opt-in pages, free resources, and free demo sessions are free and do not carry any refund, as no payment is made.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refund requests are considered only if:
- The request is made within the refund window communicated at the time of purchase / enrollment.
- The program has not been substantially accessed, downloaded, or completed.
- The request is made with a valid reason and supporting details.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refund will not be applicable in the following cases:
- After access credentials, course materials, LMS access, or live batch access has been provided and used.
- For any special, discounted, or limited-time offer where it was communicated as non-refundable.
- If you have violated our Terms & Conditions.
- For failure to attend live sessions, lack of personal time, or change of mind after access.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your registered name, phone number, transaction details, and reason for refund. Our team will review your request as per the eligibility criteria.

6. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days. Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted.

7. CANCELLATION BY COMPANY

In rare cases if we cancel a program or batch from our side, you will be eligible for a full refund or option to shift to the next batch.

8. No Job Guarantee

iSpeakify Pvt Ltd provides communication skill training only. We do not provide any job guarantee, placement, or employment assurance for Spoken English programs. Refund requests based on job expectations will not be considered.
