By accessing ispeakify.com or using any of our funnels, programs, products, consultations, and enrolling in our programs — you agree to these Terms.

This policy applies only to our Spoken English Communication Training programs.

2. Our Products

We offer skill-based communication training only.

a) Train Your Brain - Free Masterclass: This is a 3 Days Free Training Program, not a 15-minute video. Access requires Name, Email, and Mobile Number. Free for lifetime for registered users. This program gives you an introduction to our Train Your Brain methodology.

b) Spoken English Mastery Bundle - 7 Courses: Price Rs. 5997, One Year Validity. Includes Weekly Live Group Classes + Pre-recorded Courses + Access on course.ispeakify.com and app.ispeakify.com + Lifetime Community Access.

c) Interview Skill Master: Price Rs. 4997, 1 Year Validity. Includes live group classes and pre-recorded content on course.ispeakify.com and app.ispeakify.com.

Course access validity depends on your offer. Community access remains lifetime.

3. Eligibility

Open for anyone interested in Spoken English regardless of age. If you are under 18, you need parent or guardian consent to enroll.

4. No Job Guarantee

iSpeakify Pvt Ltd is a skill development organization for communication training only. We do NOT provide any job guarantee, job placement, or employment offer for Spoken English programs. Your fluency result depends on your own practice.

5. Account and Access

After enrollment, you will get login access to course.ispeakify.com, app.ispeakify.com and GoHighLevel portal. You are responsible for your login security.

Sharing login, sharing videos, recording live classes, or reselling content is strictly prohibited. If our system detects your account logged in on multiple devices / locations or shared with non-customers, we will ban your account without prior notice and revoke all access without refund.

6. EMI Payments - Important, Please Read Carefully

We offer monthly EMI options via Cashfree Payments.

a) EMI due date must be paid on time every month.

b) If you fail to pay your EMI on the due date, we will send you notification reminders via Email / WhatsApp / SMS.

c) If payment is not received within 7 days of due date after reminders, your access

to course.ispeakify.com, app.ispeakify.com, live classes, and community will be terminated immediately.

d) After termination due to EMI failure, there will be no connection or relation with our organization, and your enrollment will be considered cancelled.

e) No refund will be given for EMIs already paid.

f) To restart your training after termination, you will have to pay a penalty fee along with all pending EMI dues. Access will only be restored after full pending payment + penalty is cleared.

If you are on EMI, you agree to complete all EMIs as per your payment plan.

7. Payments

All payments are processed via Cashfree Payments. We offer One-Time and EMI options as per the offer. All prices are in INR and include GST.

8. Refund Policy - Summary

We have a 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund Policy.

Request must be made within 7 days of enrollment to [email protected]

If more than 40% of content is consumed within 7 days, no refund.

After 7 days, no refund for any reason.

If enrolled on EMI, refund is applicable only within 7 days of FIRST EMI / enrollment, and only on amount paid till date. No refund after 7 days. If EMI is missed and access is terminated, no refund.

GST and transaction charges are non-refundable.
